Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times (United States) Standard shipping: 8–12 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, sales), delivery may take a few extra days.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

Tracking Your Order Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or Stuck Packages If your package is lost in transit or hasn't arrived within 25 business days, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

International Orders Shipping times and rates for countries outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout. Customs fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
