At Snoutly Pets, your satisfaction (and your pet's!) is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we've got you covered.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at mariopablomanterolac@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with simple instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Refund Processing Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it.
